The contestants were judged on: community achievement, life style & fitness, artistic expression, poise & presence, and interviews. We would like to introduce our new royalty:

Message from Mayor Kennith Neilson....

For the past several years one source of exercise for me is playing basketball in the early mornings. There are two groups of men that I have the privilege of playing with on different days of the week. One group is made up of younger men. They run me to death up and down the court. They are full of energy and enthusiasm and make me realize I am not 30 years old any more. Each one of them I consider very good friends.
